Job Summary

Thomas College is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our facilities team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residence halls and other areas of the campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain floors, windows, toilets, showers, and other surfaces
  • Perform seasonal duties such as entryway light snow removal and salting
  • Operate job-related mechanical devices
  • Work a shift from Sunday through Thursday, first shift
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfortable with computer systems and applications
  • Pass a criminal background check
