Job Summary

Wagstaff Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hebron, KY. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unplanned maintenance on all production equipment, including CNC machines, overhead cranes, and compressed air systems.
  • Assist in the maintenance of plant equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine inspections and repairs on facility buildings and grounds, including lighting, gates, and fencing.
  • Assist with special project tasks as directed by the Plant Manager and/or Project Lead.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License with no serious traffic violations in the past 3 years.
  • Two (2) years of experience in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or moving vehicle maintenance.
  • Associate of Arts degree or technical certificate in a maintenance or mechanical-related field.
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to quickly changing priorities.
Working Environment

The Maintenance Technician will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, machinery, and vibration. The employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the working environment is often loud. Personal protective equipment and clothing are required.

Benefits

Wagstaff Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $23.00 - $38.55 per hour, as well as a sign-on bonus of $2,000. Employees also enjoy a range of benefits, including free medical/dental/vision options, health savings accounts, and paid time off.
