Compensation Package

The total first-year earning potential is $100,000, including bonuses. The base salary ranges from $78,000 to $90,000 based on experience, skills, and geography. Additionally, there is a bonus opportunity of $35,000+ in the first three years.

Job Responsibilities

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will lead by example and be a pillar of support, inspiring and guiding behavior technicians through effective supervision and support. You will drive positive change by conducting FBAs and developing innovative ABA programs that continuously evaluate client needs, provide parent education, and problem-solve to help each client reach their potential.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and active LBA certification in the state of New Jersey as issued by the State Board of Applied Behavior Analyst Examiners.
