The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, based on national averages and taking into account the location in Dover, Delaware.

Job Description

This full-time BCBA position is located on-site at a school in Dover, Delaware, and involves working with a K-12th grade caseload. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and possess excellent assessment and intervention skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments to inform evidence-based intervention plans.
  • Design and implement tailored intervention plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Ensure adherence to professional and ethical standards set by the BACB.
  • Supervise and guide team members to deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse group to ensure consistency across settings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Mastery's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
