We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a key member of our Advanced Care team, you will provide high-quality, hospital-level care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct, hospital-level care to patients in their homes, including performing clinical assessments, developing and ordering hospital-level clinical workups, and documenting patient care.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive plans of care for patients on Advanced Care, Extended Care, and Bridge Care service lines.
- Participate in program enhancement initiatives to continuously improve the quality, safety, and experience of our Advanced Care services.
- Foster strong relationships with DispatchHealth Advanced Care and Acute Care APPs, including education and engagement around Advanced Care program services.
- Graduate with an advanced degree from an accredited institution.
- 2-3 years of hospitalist or hospitalist equivalent experience.
- Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Nationally board certified, current.
- Current BLS / ACLS certification.
- Prescriptive authority and DEA.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work a varied schedule with evenings, holidays, and weekends required.
