  • Plan the overall program and monitor progress to ensure milestones are being met across various projects
  • Coordinate interdependencies between the program and various projects

  • Identify program risks/issues and proposed mitigations
  • Manage the risks and issues that might arise throughout the program life cycle and take measures to correct them

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Aerospace Engineering
  • 10+ years' aerospace industry professional experience in program management
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects
  • Aerospace development and certification programs experience
  • Working experience and knowledge of either Part 23/25/27/29 regulatory requirements
  • Must have a broad knowledge of project management methodologies
  • The ability to understand business and strategic goals
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with appropriate experience
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Excel)
  • Experience using project management tools (iQUAVIS is preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of TeamCentre PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
  • Working experience with SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
