Your primary responsibilities will include orchestrating cross-functional efforts, devising creative solutions, structuring effective agreements, and leading strategic negotiations with partners.

In this capacity, you will cultivate a profound understanding of intricate commercial contracts, intellectual property, and operational dynamics. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, negotiate, and finalize strategic agreements for technology advancement, licensing, and various partnership initiatives with external entities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with executive management teams of third-party organizations as an Apple representative.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Apple departments, including Engineering, Legal, and Finance, throughout the negotiation process and post-agreement.
  • Conduct data-driven research and industry analysis on emerging technologies to identify opportunities and guide commercial strategy formulation with internal teams.
  • Engage deeply with both emerging and established technologies, including hardware, software, services, AI/ML, generative AI, and gaming.
  • Prepare clear and concise proposals for presentation to senior executives.

Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant experience, Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or JD preferred, with a background in Engineering or Sciences. A strong interest in and experience with emerging innovations in software and hardware technology (e.g., generative AI, spatial computing, gaming). 7+ years of relevant work experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or emerging technologies. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity through structured approaches.

Experience in negotiating and managing partnerships with diverse global partners (start-ups, public companies, etc.). Familiarity with commercial contracts, licensing, intellectual property, financial modeling, and technical diligence.

Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities to convey complex concepts succinctly to cross-functional teams, third parties, and Apple executives. A collaborative team player adept at working across various departments (Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Finance, etc.).

Demonstrated analytical skills and technical knowledge to comprehend market innovations. Willingness to travel internationally (10-20% of the time).

Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one component of our comprehensive compensation package, determined within a specified range. The base pay range for this role is between $151,200 and $227,600, influenced by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in discretionary employee stock programs, including restricted stock unit awards and discounted stock purchases through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
