Key Responsibilities

Enhance the client experience by ensuring consistent communication and delivering outstanding service to prospective homeowners.

Maintain continuous interaction with Mortgage and Homebuilding teams throughout the loan lifecycle.

Oversee multiple mortgage applications, gather and document client details, and guarantee prompt processing of loan requests.


Establish loan documentation, request necessary exhibits (such as Verification of Employment, Verification of Deposit, credit reports, etc.), and follow up on both submitted and outstanding applications.

Coordinate closing documentation, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan files before transferring them to the closing department.

Qualifications

Demonstrated excellence in customer service, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation range: $58,000 - $65,000 annually.
