- Deliver comprehensive static and dynamic malware analysis in a continuous operational environment.

- Generate detailed after-action reports, cyber defense methodologies, and incident documentation.
- Engage in the resolution of suspected or confirmed cybersecurity breaches.
- Disseminate knowledge and insights acquired from cybersecurity events to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the training and development of junior analysts.
- Analyze network and host logs for security insights.
- Conduct network investigations, artifact collection, and timeline analysis utilizing various EDR tools.
- Implement protective measures against potential cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
- Assist in crafting and executing training programs for malware analysts.
- Review, draft, and publish cyber incident response protocols.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of pertinent experience; additional experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proficient in resolving complex malware and intrusion challenges through computer host analysis, forensics, and reverse engineering techniques.
- Ability to recommend effective countermeasures against malware and malicious applications impacting communication systems.
- Familiarity with debugging tools, disassemblers, unpacking tools, and binary analysis software.
- Experience with both static and dynamic malware analysis methodologies.
- Capability to identify and recommend remediation actions for cybersecurity incidents.
- Proficient in using Splunk and EDR tools, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and Tanium.
- Possession of at least one active certification from the following: CASP+ CE; CCISO; CCNA Cyber Ops; CCNA-Security; CCNP Security; CEH; CFR; CISA; CISM; CISSP (or Associate); CISSP-ISSAP; CISSP-ISSEP; Cloud+; CySA+; GCED; GCIA; GCIH; GICSP; GSLC; SCYBER.
- U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Familiarity with Security Operations Center (SOC) processes and functions.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing systems.
- Background in managing state and national-level cybersecurity incidents.
- Knowledge of both high-level and low-level programming languages.
- Experience in designing and delivering extensive training programs.

Salary Range:
$146,000 - $234,000 typical range for this position based on experience.
