Job Title: CI Engineer

Michael Foods, Inc. is a leading food processing and distribution company seeking a skilled CI Engineer to join our team. As a CI Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and optimizing manufacturing operations to enhance productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement programs to drive process excellence and efficiency
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure successful integration
  • Establish and maintain performance metrics to measure program success
  • Provide leadership and coaching to employees on continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a food processing environment with strong mechanical background
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25-30%
