Banking and Structured Finance Associate

Greenberg Traurig, a leading global law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Banking/Structured Finance/Restructuring Associate to join our New York or Charlotte offices. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from diverse industries across the country, providing expert advice on Structured Finance transactions, including ABS and CLO matters, project finance deals, and loan agency.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent banks and other clients on Structured Finance transactions, including ABS and CLO matters, project finance deals, and loan agency.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- 2-5 years of experience in Structured Finance transactions, including ABS and CLO matters, project finance deals, and loan agency.
- Excellent academic credentials, including a law degree from a reputable institution.
- Strong communication and client service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- New York Bar membership required.
