Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our physicians and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient information.
  3. Check-in patients, collect demographic data, and verify insurance eligibility.
  4. Process patient payments, collect co-pays, and manage patient balances.
  5. Perform daily reports, balance batches, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements

We require a high school diploma or equivalent, with a medical office assistant program preferred. Additionally, we prefer healthcare management or administration certification or 2 years of office experience.
