**The Role:** As a Complex Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for leading our revenue management efforts across multiple hotels in an assigned portfolio. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue
  • Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls
  • Analyze demand factors, forecast, and conduct competitive analysis
  • Maintain distribution channel data integrity

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of hotel sales experience
  • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt sales processes and systems
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Display initiative, perseverance, and analytical skills
  • Team player, professional, and lead with integrity

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
