Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Escrow Support Processor to join our team at Intelliswift Software. As an Escrow Support Processor, you will be responsible for providing centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows, relieving branches of high-volume paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows
  • Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers
  • Assists in the review of new or more complex tasks
  • Provides a wide range of support within a functional area
  • Follows functional area's processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoots as needed, and recommends suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years escrow processing experience
  • Prior FA experience preferred
  • Must be able to follow Escrow Procedures and have awareness of regulations governing the escrow process
  • Must have experience with Adobe Connect (editing PDF's)
