Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young learners and creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.
About the Role:- Lead and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom, modeling behaviors and providing feedback.
- Responsible for overall classroom management, creating a safe, engaging, and learning environment.
- Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues.
- Support your center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
- Demonstrated knowledge of working with children and early childcare.
- High school diploma or GED (Assistant teachers)
- Lead teachers position - Associates in early childcare/CDA and study plan.
- Proof of current and active enrollment in an accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
