Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Agribank FCB is seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance team and drive strategic growth.

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to the organization, ensuring the effective management of financial resources, and driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the finance team in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the executive leadership team
  • Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, rating agencies, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, including executive-level supervisory experience
  • Advanced knowledge of GAAP accounting, internal controls, financial operations, and risk management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to disaggregate business plans into component risks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives, boards of directors, and other stakeholders
