Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and maintain clerical functions and duties in a designated unit/program
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills when interacting with patients and visitors
  • Complete worklist tasks triggered by physician orders or nurse-generated tasks under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of a RN or LPN
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, provide personal care, and maintain a safe and clean environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform vital signs, demonstrate knowledge of body mechanics, and possess general computer skills
  • Customer service experience
