Job Description

The IT Analyst plays a critical role in providing technology solutions and support to customers, participating in daily IT operational work lists, facilitating meeting technology events, and supporting projects and initiatives.

This position involves:

  • Serving as an effective technical resource for customers requiring timely assistance and high-quality solutions;
  • Facilitating and supporting meeting technology events, including video conferences, presentations, and client meetings;
  • Collaborating with Firm-wide departments to ensure proper scheduling and execution of meetings and events;
  • Installing and maintaining computer software standards according to departmental requirements;
  • Working with IT teams to achieve timely escalation and closure of software and hardware issues;
  • Maintaining office computers and printers' operational availability;
  • Maintaining asset management systems to ensure accuracy and currency of Firm assets;
  • Using call tracking technology to create, update, escalate, and close tickets related to services requests;
  • Practicing call ownership by liaising with Firm-side IT groups and customers until requests are resolved;
  • Participating in IT initiatives, projects, and deployments, promoting effective training and user acceptance of Firm software;
  • Supporting mobile device technologies and remote access tools;
  • Facilitating planned and unplanned network maintenance, disruptions, or outages;
  • Fostering data security policies and adhering to Information Security regulations;
  • Working beyond scheduled hours as necessary and traveling occasionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems, application installation, and configuration processes;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Expert-level skills in Service Now, EMS conference room reservation system, Intapp Time, Citrix, VPN, iOS, iPad OS, networking technologies, cabling topologies, data communication devices, Inter/Intra/Extranet technologies, Document Management Systems (iManage/Work 10), customer service principles, data security applications, project management, and remote access architectures;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience providing direct support to customers in business solutions, software, hardware, and networking technologies;
  • At least 3 years of experience in LAN, WAN, and network systems support and management;
  • At least 3 years of experience configuring, installing, and maintaining client PC operating systems and related devices;
  • At least 3 years of professional services or law firm experience.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Based on your qualifications and experience, your estimated salary will be within this range.
