Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on hydrogen gas equipment, including flanged systems, compressor rebuilds, gaskets, and medium pressure fittings.
  • Equipment Performance Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance and recommend suitable parts for performance upgrades, ensuring optimal efficiency and safety.
  • Company Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain company service truck (F-550) and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Urgent Response: Respond promptly to repair issues outside normal working hours, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining production schedules.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma required, Technical Degree or Military Experience preferred, along with 3+ years of professional experience.
  • Technical Skills: Mechanical, electrical (+24VDC), and controls experience, with ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and single line drawings.
  • Previous Experience: Previous exposure to compression systems, pressure vessels and piping, and instrumentation, with hydrogen, industrial gas, gas chromatograph, and analytical experience a plus.
  • Citizenship: US Citizenship required, with no sponsorship available at this time.
