Job Overview
Are you a skilled and motivated individual with a passion for technical work? Do you have experience with industrial machinery and a strong aptitude for electrical and mechanical troubleshooting? We are seeking a Field Service Representative to join our team at Veterans Prime, Inc. as a Field Service Representative.

Job Responsibilities
As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing equipment for our customers. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Previous experience with industrial machinery (or military experience equivalent)
  • Strong diagnostics and technical aptitude, including knowledge of AC & DC electrical, mechanical and hydraulics
  • Able to travel overnight at least 60%
  • Strong PC and organizational skills
  • Excellent professional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
  • Clean driving record, valid driver's license, ability to pass a background check and drug screen
