**Job Summary:**

Wilson Health is seeking a skilled IT Client Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT Department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and administration of computer hardware and software systems across our network environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design, modify, and test computer systems and/or programs based on user or system design specifications.
  • Provide routine support for PC workstations, laptops, printers, and telecommunications equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other Information Services teams and third-party vendors to ensure efficient operation of our organization's information technology environment.
  • Maintain internal knowledge base, updating and creating documentation as needed.
  • Document key data into tickets to ensure on-call teams have the necessary information to resolve incidents.
  • Provide on-call support as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma and three years of related experience, or an associate's degree in a related field and one year of related experience.
  • Certifications in A+, Network+, or MCP are strongly preferred.
