Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations to determine primary focus of care and develop an effective plan of action.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.
  • Provide hands-on nursing care to patients in their homes, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and care provided.
Requirements
  • Curren RN licensure in state of practice.
  • Curren CPR certification.
  • Curren Drivers License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
