Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Engineer to join our Calibre DFM team. As a Product Engineer, you will play a key role in defining, promoting, and deploying our market-leading layout modification solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with key customers to understand business needs and define new technologies and techniques to create the future of layout modification using the Calibre family of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other product groups to build innovative products, including leading-edge roadmaps.
  • Develop layout modification solutions that work across a wide range of applications and industries.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS CS/EE or equivalent.
  • Strong background in integrated circuit design or physical verification tools.
  • Design experience can include analog design, IP block design, SoC assembly, or physical verification.
  • Knowledge of various design enablement environments is highly desirable, as is domain knowledge of physical implementation.

Additional Attributes:

  • Knowledge of EMIR analysis and their design issues, including the best ways to modify the layout.
  • Experience with P&R tools, including timing and EMIR analysis.
  • Prior experience with CAD scripting and rule deck languages: SVRF/TVF, Tcl/Tk, Skill, Perl, etc.
