Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transistor-Level EM/IR Product Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for defining, supporting, and marketing transistor-level power analysis and reliability signoff.

Responsibilities:

  • Enabling customers to successfully analyze and eliminate transistor level EM/IR issues.
  • Defining and specifying new features based on customer needs and product strategy.
  • Building tight customer relationships.
  • Partnering with engineering to agree on specification details and test cases.
  • Managing customer and internal stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS Degree
  • Product Development experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Cadence Voltus Fi, ANSYS Totem, Synopsys Custom Sim, or mPower Analog
  • Experience with transistor level EMIR analysis
  • Expert at running SPICE simulations on both schematic and post layout netlists (utilizing Cadence Spectre, Synopsys HSIM, Siemens AFS, Solido, HSPICE, Eldo)
  • Knowledgeable of layout parasitic extraction (utilizing Star RC, QRC, Quantus, Calibre PEX)
  • Experience scripting with Python
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
