The Administrative Assistant will provide critical support to our daily operations and office needs.

Responsibilities will include assisting project managers with schedules, documentation, and compliance documents. You will also help track budgets and costs, adjust change orders, and manage vendor documentation.

Additional duties will include preparing final documentation for submission to agencies, preparing materials for meetings and presentations, and drafting professional correspondence.

You will be responsible for creating and managing files, both electronic and hard copy, and compiling expense reports for reimbursement and other financial records as needed.

Key qualifications for this role include 3+ years' working experience, excellent communication skills, and natural organizational talents.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, you will be able to foresee needs before they arise and come up with solutions to problems quickly. Expert level computer skills, including MS Office, are essential.
