Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $90,000, depending on location and experience. This compensation reflects your value as a skilled leader in healthcare, driving high-quality services and staff growth.

Key Responsibilities
This leadership role involves overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, and developing best practices. You will ensure state and federal compliance, oversee clinical quality, and promote a safe and efficient work environment. Additionally, you will contribute to educational programs that enhance clinical staff skills and knowledge.

Requirements
To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an Associate degree with 3 years of recent RN experience. National Provider BLS certification, Oregon Registered Nurse License, and Washington Registered Nurse License (for WA locations) are also required upon hire. Furthermore, completion of an ONS-approved Chemotherapy course and Board Certified Lactation Consultant certification are necessary for specific roles within the team.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in an ambulatory setting, providing progressive leadership, and delivering clinical education to support staff is highly valued. Additionally, demonstrated experience with staff training, performance evaluation, and competency development is desirable. A proven track record of effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving will further strengthen your application.
