About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Providence Medical Group South. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, and mentoring. You will also be instrumental in implementing clinical best practices and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical staff performance and provide coaching and mentoring as needed
  • Implement clinical best practices and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Provide clinical support for patient care services in an efficient and safe manner
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • Washington Registered Nurse License (for locations in Washington) upon hire
  • Completion of an ONS approved Chemotherapy course and maintenance of certification
  • Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification and maintenance of certification
  • 3 years RN experience managing complex patients or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting
  • Demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation
  • Experience providing patient education
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, life insurance, disability insurance, time off benefits, and more.
