We are seeking a skilled individual to take on the role of Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where you will be instrumental in defining and refining the processes involved in the fabrication of heat exchangers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize fabrication processes that align with functional specifications, including:
  • Stacking, brazing, welding, machining, assembly, and testing.
  • Create detailed documentation that translates functional requirements into actionable specifications for suppliers.
  • Provide input for tooling design and specifications to facilitate the production of heat exchangers.
  • Support fabrication teams by clarifying requirements and processes for heat exchanger production.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure quality inspections, testing, and certification processes are met during fabrication.
  • This position operates on a standard Monday to Friday schedule during first shift hours.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience. Alternatively, 9 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Candidate must be a U.S. Person as defined by applicable regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sheet metal fabrication, including brazing and welding techniques.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing tooling and testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in manufacturing software such as Solumina.
  • Knowledge of additive manufacturing techniques.
  • Experience with coding or scripting tools.
