Job Overview

Family Futures is seeking a highly skilled Women's Health Care Specialist to join our team. This role requires a dedicated healthcare professional who can provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other medical professionals.

About the Role:

  • This position involves providing comprehensive health services to women, including routine check-ups, diagnosing and treating various health issues, and prescribing medications as needed.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing lab results, performing physical examinations, and developing patient management plans.
  • A strong communication skillset is essential for this role, as you will need to effectively communicate with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
  1. Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough physical examinations, review patient histories, and diagnose various health conditions.
  2. Treatment and Medication: Prescribe necessary medications, treatments, and interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, specialists, and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
  4. Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including test results, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field, with a current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive work environment that values teamwork and collaboration.
