About the Position:
This role is pivotal in managing receivables associated with all claims. The individual will exercise discretion in risk management and develop strategies for mitigation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, enabling them to interpret data effectively and provide informed recommendations to the Controller, CFO, finance team, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently processes and submits claims for Carrier/ICP and other designated vendor rebates.
- Corrects discrepancies and ensures accuracy in Carrier/ICP claim records.
- Matches submitted claims and vendor rebates with payments received and the general ledger.
- Oversees and generates credit/rebills for customers.
- Analyzes the credit/rebill process to identify and resolve issues.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Position Requirements:


The candidate should be highly motivated and dynamic, possessing strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with internal stakeholders and senior management effectively.

They should be ambitious, determined, and confident in their capacity to meet objectives.

Capability to initiate and facilitate change while implementing processes, tools, and controls that contribute to ongoing improvement within the department is essential.

A proven strategic thinker with robust analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities is required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not include supervisory duties.

Qualifications, Attributes, Education and/or Experience:


A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required, along with two to three years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a timely manner is essential.
The candidate must thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Ability to manage shifting priorities and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations is crucial.

Computer Skills:
Proficiency in computer applications, particularly in MS Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary.
Strong ERP skills, preferably in Epicor Prophet 21, are advantageous.
