Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial analysis capacity, ideally within the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, variance analysis, and manufacturing accounting.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate monthly financial reports.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to interpret large volumes of data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present complex financial information clearly.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
