About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Practice Manager to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a key member of our community medicine team, you will be responsible for providing expert veterinary care to underserved communities in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new and experienced veterinarians in reaching their potential at a job they are proud of, where animal well-being, teamwork, and serving the community are at the core of our work.
  • Lead a happy, high-functioning team, ensuring patients receive the highest-quality care with minimal fear and stress.
  • Deliver outstanding client experiences to maximize the ASPCA impact in the community.
  • Work as a CM veterinarian as needed, seeing appointments, treating cats and dogs in our Primary Pet Care (PPC) program, or performing high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter (HQHVSN) for shelter/rescue animals and beloved pets.

Requirements

  • A current New York State Department of Education Veterinary License.
  • True leadership abilities in challenging situations.
  • Excellent work attendance records.
  • Fear Free Veterinary certification within 60 days of hire.
  • Maintain an open mind regarding changes and be willing to learn, implement, and teach new protocols.
  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced clinic environment.
