Veterinary Practice Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Practice Manager to join our team at the ASPCA's Community Medicine (CM) program. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of veterinarians and supporting the delivery of high-quality, low-stress care to animals in underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of veterinarians and support staff to deliver high-quality, low-stress care to animals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve access to care for animals in underserved communities
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide medical consultations and support to internal departments as needed
- Ensure compliance with CM's standard operating procedures and guidelines
- Current New York State Department of Education Veterinary License
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter
- Fear Free Veterinary certification
