About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team at SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts, including database management, event coordination, and project support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain our web and social media presence, ensuring our online presence is engaging and informative.
  • Provide sales and marketing administration, including referral source follow-up and database management.
  • Coordinate public relations programs, including sales and marketing events, CE classes, and networking opportunities.
  • Develop and implement content strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Manage key account target lists and ensure crucial deadlines are met.
  • Provide brand and marketing coordination, including advertisement placement and tracking.
  • Maintain sales and marketing materials and supplies.
Requirements
  • Strong technology skills, including basic video/photo editing, scheduling social media posts, and measuring their performance.
  • Excellent customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
