Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator

At Catholic Charities Diocese of Fort Worth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to promote our mission and values to the veteran community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including veterans, veteran organizations, and community leaders.
  • Identify and participate in community outreach events to promote Catholic Charities' mission and values.
  • Lead the Veterans Coalition Meetings and Sub-Committee Meetings.
  • Collaborate with the outreach team to develop and implement outreach strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with the military community preferred.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish a plus.
  • Must have reliable transportation, current Texas driver's license, and evidence of auto liability insurance.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to give presentations to large groups.
  • Available to work evening and weekend hours to attend community and veteran events.
  • Weekly travel throughout the service area.
