Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Café Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages to our members, while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including hot and cold items, to meet the needs of our members.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to food safety and quality standards to ensure the health and well-being of our members.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a fast-paced café or restaurant setting.
  • Food Safety Certification: Possession of a valid food safety certification, such as a Food Handler's Card.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
