Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that all vehicles are safe and reliable.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in fleet maintenance operations.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance managers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of fleet maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that fleet maintenance operations are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that fleet maintenance operations are meeting company standards.
- Provide training and development opportunities to maintenance managers and technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance operations, including experience in management and leadership roles.
- Proven track record of success in reducing costs and improving efficiency in fleet maintenance operations.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
