Job Title: Property Asset Management Support Specialist

Location: Washington DC, Hybrid 3 days in-office

Clearance Required: Public Trust Eligible

Description (Scope of Work)

IBSS is seeking a Property Asset Management Support Specialist to perform a full range of property and asset management functions for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Office of Space Commerce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property inventory and maintenance of property database (Sunflower).
  • Support processes to excess obsolete property and ensure efficient and effective operations of office environments.
  • Coordinate with NOAA Facilities office to provide door keys, door signage, and other necessary items.
  • Provide visitor escorting and conference room assistance.
  • Maintain an online filing system with access.
Required Skills/Education/Certifications & Qualifications:
  • Associates degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or Bachelors degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience providing property and asset management support within a government context.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with the Sunflower system.
  • Prior NOAA, NASA, or DOC experience is a plus.
