Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all current and upcoming rental properties.
  • Welcome and assist all vacation guests, prospective residents, and property owners.
  • Manage all processes related to entering, modifying, or canceling reservations.
  • Support move-in and move-out procedures and handle rent receipts for annual residents.
  • Clarify lease agreements and associated addenda to new residents.
  • Review guest contracts to update reservations and facilitate payment processing.
  • Compile and process applications for approval as needed for annual tenants.
  • Explain company policies and contracts to prospective vacation guests.
  • Conduct property showings for potential guests and tenants.
  • Assist in fostering positive resident relations.
  • Receive and process Notice to Vacate forms.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and service requests, taking immediate action to resolve issues, and documenting situations as they arise.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and capacity to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong critical thinking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and pivot tables is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with vacation rental management software is a plus.
