Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee bridge-related projects for local and state agencies, ensuring technical support for inspections throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients and collaborative partners.
  • Offer mentorship and direction to engineering and technical personnel.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 8 to 12 years of pertinent experience.
  • 4 to 7 years of leadership experience.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
  • Expertise in MicroStation software is essential.
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience in crafting project proposals and defining scopes of work.
  • Established connections with local and state agencies.
  • Prior involvement in bridge inspection activities.
