Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently process transactions while adhering to established balancing and production guidelines.
  • Oversee the branch's operations by delegating essential departmental tasks to ensure compliance with risk, security, quality, and operational standards, as measured by branch assessments and audits.
  • Guide branch staff to meet business objectives through daily coaching, leadership, and constructive feedback, including monthly meetings and individual interactions.
  • Provide support and oversight for Sales and Service functions to help the branch achieve its goals, ensuring performance aligns with service standards.

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required, along with a successful track record of at least two years as a Teller II/Member Experience Specialist.
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of referral processes, deposit, and loan products is necessary.
  • Comprehensive understanding of daily branch operations related to teller and operational functions is required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and apply analytical and problem-solving skills is crucial. Proficiency in computer usage is expected.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • A willingness to collaborate as a team player, take on diverse assignments, and work flexible hours, including branch opening and closing, is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities are essential.
  • A proven history in loan origination, sales, and member service is required.
  • Knowledge of deposit and loan products is necessary.
  • Physical ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods is required.
