Baseball Team Leader

The Nashua School District is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Baseball Coach to lead our youth baseball program. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing practices and games, preparing recommendations for the budget, and monitoring the academic progress of student athletes.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and lead baseball practices and games
- Prepare budget recommendations for the Athletic Director
- Monitor the academic progress of student athletes
- Issue and collect uniforms
- Apply first aid procedures as needed
- Provide orientation and guidance to pupil participants
- Communicate with colleges and university coaches
- Assist qualified players in identifying colleges or universities
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baseball coaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with students of varying ages and skill levels.
