Technical Field Support Specialist
Pay Rate $20.00/hour

Job Overview:
  • Responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems as necessary.
  • Manage and support user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups. Provide training to employees, identify, analyze, and rectify product failures, and order and replace parts as needed.
  • Assess and recommend products or services that best meet customer needs.
  • An associate's degree or equivalent experience may be required.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the field or a related area is necessary.
  • Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field is essential.
  • Utilize experience and judgment to plan and achieve objectives.
  • Perform a range of complex tasks.
  • Work under general supervision.
  • A certain degree of creativity and independence is expected.
Key Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal skills and basic printer repair knowledge.

Experience Level:
0-2 years

Preferred Certifications or Education:
Additional qualifications would be advantageous.

Commute Policy:
Up to 60 miles per day. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
