YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

While you may work some weekends and evenings, our salon closes at 7:00 PM, ensuring you won't have late hours.

As the Salon Operations Manager, you will elevate our salon's performance. You will oversee all salon activities, providing essential leadership and resources for success. By leading through example, you will inspire our team to grow the client base and enhance profitability. You will set high standards, exemplify quality, deliver all hair care services, and ensure every guest receives top-notch service.

Your role as a mentor and coach will foster a positive workplace culture. From hiring and training to resolving conflicts and addressing client concerns, each day will bring new challenges that you will embrace.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SALON OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are in search of a candidate who can work occasional evenings and weekends and meets the following criteria:

  • Valid cosmetology or barber license
  • Availability to close at least two nights a week and work weekends
  • Commitment to mentoring and developing stylists
