Join Our Team as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow

THERAPY 2000, a leading provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team in Houston, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients' caregivers.
  • Collaborate and coordinate care with various providers and disciplines as a vital member of patients' medical neighborhoods.
  • Meet with agency personnel as necessary to maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as necessary, based on the needs of the business.
  • Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop computer, phone, email, web browser).

  • Clinical Externship/Rotation in a home-health setting.
  • Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties (VitalStim, SOS, SOFFI, MBSiMP, etc.).
  • Bilingual/Multilingual.
