Job Title: Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Texas Children's Hospital. As a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language services to children from infancy to adolescence. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and consultations to diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
• Provide ongoing monitoring and progress reports to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• CCC-SLP certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
• TX-SLP license from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation
• 1-year professional experience in pediatric speech-language pathology
• Preferred experience with pediatric dysphagia evaluation and treatment in medically complex populations
