Job SummaryThe primary responsibilities of the Medical Monitoring Associate include assisting medical and nursing staff with continuous monitoring of patient ECG rhythms and maintaining monitoring equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating tracing if a change occurs in patient rhythm, alerting nursing personnel immediately, and maintaining and monitoring rate limits. They will also recognize irregularities due to changes in patient rhythm or machine malfunction, alert repair personnel accordingly, and perform clerical duties as required.
