About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient information
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
