Position Overview:
As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will take charge of the planning, design, and execution of electrical components for water infrastructure projects.

This position presents a unique chance to manage the complete project lifecycle, engage with diverse teams, and influence the advancement of water treatment technologies.

Note: This role does not allow for C2C arrangements, and all candidates must be eligible to work for any US employer without sponsorship.

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee electrical engineering planning for capital construction initiatives.
- Manage project teams from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to established standards.

- Mentor and guide team members as required.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical systems design.
- Extensive knowledge of NEC, Arc Flash Analysis, PLC Programming, and related areas.
- A Professional Engineer License in the State of Alabama is essential.
- Proven experience leading strategic teams consisting of 3-5 engineers.
