Job Title:
Staff Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:
The Staff Electrical Engineer will be responsible for performing, leading, and developing various engineering design and technical analysis activities. This role requires advanced knowledge in the practical application of electrical engineering analysis/design and engineering standards, material specifications, pipeline equipment, fundamental system operations, regulatory requirements, procedures, and safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement electrical engineering designs and technical analysis activities
  • Lead and mentor less experienced engineers
  • Communicate expected results and track work status
  • Establish a dialogue with key customers to understand technical issues
  • Enforce compliance standards and promote operating philosophies
  • Represent the team and organization to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in Electrical Engineering in Power/Power Distribution & Electrical Equipment or Oil and Gas Industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Proficient in managing the operation and maintenance of Power Distribution/Utility systems
  • Experience with industrial power distribution and/or electrical manufacturing power distribution
